At Kingsland Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all equestrian technical tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
